Meet Lisa

Hi, I’m Lisa Johnson, and I’ve proudly served the real estate needs of the Treasure Valley for over 14 years. My path into real estate was a natural evolution from a diverse career in administration, sales, customer service, and entrepreneurship—as well as one of my most rewarding roles, being a stay-at-home mom. That broad experience taught me how to adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and most importantly, listen well.

I believe every client deserves a tailored experience. Real estate isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I pride myself on being able to tune into people’s personalities and needs—especially when couples or families approach the process from totally different perspectives. Trust is at the center of my work, and it’s something I work hard to earn and keep. When my clients hand over their trust, I treat it with the highest level of care, transparency, and attention to detail.

My team and I at Key to Life Realty Group focus on residential real estate in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Nampa, Kuna, Caldwell, and Emmett. I have extensive experience with everything from new construction to helping seniors transition to simpler living through our Silver Transitions program. Every home I list—no matter the price point—gets professional photos, drone footage, twilight shots, virtual tours, and thoughtful marketing that highlights the home and the lifestyle.

What inspires me most are the relationships I build through this work. My clients become part of my circle, and I often hear from them years later, which is the greatest compliment I can receive. When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying time with family, my dogs, art, music, the mountains or the ocean—usually with a coffee or glass of wine in hand.

Boise

The capital of Idaho, Boise, sits in the Snake River Plain. An easy hop out of town will give you endless opportunities for skiing, biking, rafting, rock climbing, fishing, hunting. A haven for those who love the outdoors, Boise also has a 25-miles green belt along the Boise River, interspersed with parks, pools, and ponds. For those who prefer more urban activities, take a stroll along the pedestrian-friendly 8th Street in downtown Boise, full of vibrant cafes, restaurants, and nightlife. Also downtown is The Basque Block, where you’ll find one of the largest Basque communities in the United States. Visit the Basque Market and the Basque Museum and Cultural Center, dine at Leka Ona, or grab a drink at Bar Gernika. Downtown Boise is a cultural hub for the state, where you can catch a show at the iconic Egyptian Theatre or check out the Boise Art Museum. For the kids, spend some time at Zoo Boise and picnic at nearby Julia Davis Park. For sports fans, catch a Boise State Broncos football game over at Boise State University. Boise has a low population density, which means it has all the opportunities and amenities of a metropolitan area but with more room to stretch out. With its affordable cost of living and good schools, Boise is a comfortable place to live. Boise’s East End is where you’ll find many large, turn-of-the-century Victorian homes lining Warm Springs Avenue. Many of the city's older homes are also over in Boise’s North End, close to downtown, with quiet neighborhoods and tree-lined streets. The North End is also home to some popular dining spots and specialty shops in the Hyde Park Historic District. Heading north is the Boise Highlands, where you’ll find Crane Creek golf course and country club and a variety of homes built in the 1970s. Northwest Boise is tucked in the Boise Foothills but only minutes from downtown. This area is a mixture of newer and more established neighborhoods and is close to the greenbelt. Also in the foothills, but over on the eastern side of Boise, is Harris Ranch, with hot springs, many new neighborhoods, and easy access to the south-central Idaho mountains. Headed down to Southwest Boise, you’ll find large lots with homes built primarily from the 1960s to 1980s, as well as a fair amount of new construction. Over in Southeast Boise, you’ll find Boise State University as well as many suburban homes built over the past 30 years. However, just south of the university is another older, more established neighborhood, much like the North End. The Bench is an elevated area of Boise and home to the older Central Rim, Depot Bench, and Morris Hill neighborhoods and due north of the Boise Airport. If you’d like to learn more about Boise, let us know! We’d love to show you around and help you find your dream home.

I want to thank you for a great job. Well done! I am very happy with the results and so glad that it is all taken care of. Now I feel like I can relax and not worry so much. You were right on top of things all the time and kept us informed every step of the way. Much appreciated! - Sue F.

This has been a great experience. Lisa was easy to work with and very thorough throughout this process. On top of that she found me my dream house. She listened to my needs and wants and was able to dial in a house in my price range. I highly recommend Lisa - Michelle L.

I have worked with Lisa for years. That should say enough in itself. Lisa is dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional in her approach to selling and or buying a house. She listens to what you want and does her best to give you options that meets your needs. If you have questions about the process she explains things in a way that is understandable. Lisa cares about her clients in a way that is often lost in today’s society. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone who is looking to buy or sell your home. - William B.
